Javascript Menu. DHTML Menu.

  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! Q: What I have to do for the following problem:
When I press a tab, the new site will be load into the browser.
Great! BUT the pressed button is not be marked. Always the Tab 1 is blue. What's wrong??

A: This Tabs menu can save pressed item automatically within1 page only. If you open another page, the menu can't remember presseditem. You should do that manually using Javascript and menu parameters(  var bselectedItem and   var   var bselectedSmItem) or using any server-side script (php, asp, etc.)

Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.

If your site is written on PHP you can set "bselectedItem" and "varbselectedSmItem" parameters based on your link beforeyou call your data file.

For example, move "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

You should define seltabs and selsmtabs using server side script.

Q: There is a default gap between two collapsible javascript menu buttons. Suppose the two menu are "Company profile" and "Service", there is a default gap between those tow , it is not taking the specified space( for example I am putting 2px gap but it is taking a default gap) Please suggest me the solution for the same.

A: You should use new parameter in the data file:

Yes, you can use any number of popup menus on your page.

You can use onMouseOver event instead of onClick or onContextMenu events in that case.

Each menu has ID. The ID's number starts with 0.

So, when you have several data files on your page you have such ID's:

Q: I dowloaded the free trial of this product and I am trying to figure out how to put dhtml pulldown menu into a website that I have built with Homestead.com's Site Builder. I just CANNOT figure out what all I need to do to get it to work.

I am willing to pay for someone to install it or pay for the product but I need to make sure it will work on this site!

A: Unfortunately we don't work with HOMESTEAD.com page builder.

1. upload the folder with all menu files in the same folder with your html page.
2. open the page in your program
3. open html source code of the page
