Q: I like your product a lot. These are the features that, unfortunately, cannot be done and hope that you can address them. I will place the order right away if these are resolved:
1. For each individual item, allow attaching a customized javascript to fire up "onclick" and "nomouseover".
2. Allow using a variable size icon for each item.
A: 1. You're able to use Javascript for each item, for example:
var tmenuitems = [
["item text", "javascript:your_code_here"]
];
Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects withinitems, for example:
var tmenuitems = [
["<div onmouseover='your_code_here'>item text</div>", "index.html"]
];
2. DHTML Tree Menu uses constant icon size for all icons.
If you wantto use different icon dimensions, you can use standard <img>elements within items:
var tmenuitems = [
["<img src='icon.gif' width=10 height=10>item text", "index.html"]
];
Q: Hello, I am trying to figure out how to use the Dynamic functionality in the java menu codes. I believe I want to use something like the dm_ext_changeItemVisibility function, and I want it to be dependent on HTML wrapped around the menu item.
Below is functionally how I want it to work:
Show menu item 1
Show menu item 2
<if condition="!is_member_of($bbuserinfo,10)">
Show menu item 3
</if>
Show menu item 4
Is there an example you can share that does something like this? I searched the site and could not find an answer.

The content of my tabs menu doesn't show in IE.
A: Delete "height: 0%;" parameter from the style of the content DIV:

Q: Cross-frame mode: after clicking on a menu item and the subframe is loading and then mouse over the menu when the subframe has not finished loading a javascript error occurs and then the javascript vertical menu breaks.
A: You can get this error when you load pages from the another domain.
Deluxe Menu can support this mode for the same domain only -- ifyou loaded a page to a subframe from another domain, the submenuscan't be shown in it. It happens because all browsers don't allow todo that for security reasons. Just imagine if you'll able to create aframeset from 2 frames, 1st frame will be with a zero height-width,and you'll load your page into it. Then user will go to another domainand your "invisible" frame will change a content of other pages!
