Q: The spacing between each item of the top horizontal dropdown menu is uneven but I don't know why.

If you highlight them all it becomes more obvious.

It is almost as if the space after a 2 word link is twice the space after a one word link or else the total space after each link is related to the number of letters in the link.

For example the space after 'Discounts' is greater than the space after 'Home' but the space after 'Envelope Printing' is even greater.

A: The Drop down menu items have the following structure:

Where iconNormal, iconOver - Icons of an item: icon in normal state, icon in mouseover state.

So you can set your menu items in a such way:

Q: I'm using your Delux Menu and I would like to know how to change the back ground color of the sub drop down menu from the teal color to a gray and am nothaving any luck locating this option.

A: Try to use the following parameters:

  var menuBackColor="#C0C0C0";
  var itemBackColor=["#C0C0C0","#65BDDC"];

You can also check Individual Styles. It is possible that you setbackground color there.


Q: Very interested by your product, I want to know, before buy, if I can call javascript function when the user click on a menu Items;

you have this example, but I want the possibility to call a javascript function in the client side :

A: You're able to use Javascript for each item, for example:

  var menuitems = [
["item text", "javascript:your_code_here"]
];

Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:

  var menuitems = [
["<div onClick='your_code_here'>item text</div>", "index.html"]
];

Unfortunately we don't have such example.
