Q: Is there a way to center floatable menus horizontally on a page?
I used to use absolutePos=0, and all of my menus were centered ok, but when I tried floatable=1 I found that I had to change toabsolutePos=1 to get the menu to float, and this messed up my centering. Since I have multiple menus of different widths, I'd rather not have to hard-code the menu width, but please let me know if there's a better way.


A: Notice, when you use floatable menu you can't use relative menu position.
So, if you use

  var absolutePos = 0;

and to center the menu you use <p> or <div> with the center alignment your menu won't float.
To center your floatable menu you should set absolute coordinates.


Q: I'm struggling with one last issue on my navigation. When you have a screen resolution about the same size as the site width, when a sub menu pops up, It displays sometimes to the left of the first drop down menu list rather than the left. Is there a way of changing the way this displays if the screen size is smaller than 800px wide or so.

A: If there is no enough room on the right side of your browser windowdrop down menu list submenus will be shown on the left side.



Q: Can you tell me what fields control the lines around the top level of menu items?
What fields control the lines around each sub-menu item?
I would like to test and see if the program will allow me to create a top menu that displays as follows:
Home   |   Proposal Reponses   |   Marketing Info   |

As you can see I would like no borders around the top level and a tilda (vertical line) separator between each top level menu item.

For the sub-menu items I would like there to be a thin line box around the sub-menu but no lines in between each item within the sub-menu. What fields control these paramenters?

Yes, you can create such menu.

Please, use Individual styles.

Set these parameters:
