  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! You can also define width and height for each submenu.

Q: Am I under the correct assumption that if the inner menu item text expands past the ItemWidth or MenuWidth (being that the Width is set -- eg 150px), that the javascript menu div width will expand past it's boundaries instead of wrapping the text? (eg. A text like "Please Make this Wrap instead of expand the width boundary" seems to expand the container's width rather than wrap)

A: There are 2 ways to do that:

1. set

  var noWrap=0;

2. use <br> tags, for example:

  var menuItems = [
["line 1<br>line 2"],
];



Q: It actually does work - I got it to work, however some functions like transparency is not working, trial version pop up disappeared and transition when the submenu item comes down is not working - it simply pops the menu down.


A: Please, notice that transitional effects don't work in Firefox.

Q: Is for the Deluxe Tuner a languages pack german available?

A: Deluxe Tuner doesn't support German language.
But you can use German characters within DHTML menus.



Q: Is it possible to make on top of the javascript expandable tree 2 extra buttons:

* Expand all
* Collapse all

Which command do I use???

A: Tree Menu doesn't have such a feature now.
