Q: Is there a way to change the height of the main buttons in Dhtml Menu. When I use the GUI tool there is nowhere to change the main button height. And when I tried to change it in the script file, it did me no good. I want all of the main buttons to be the same size.

A: You can use standard <img> object to set menu height, for example:

Q: Great product and incredible user friendly interface to loadeverything up! I wasn't used to such a user friendly interface and was looking way to hard.

I did have one question though. When I open up Deluxe Tuner and click on the javascript slide down menu sample to the left (with the search box), I get the following message:

I click no, and the javascript slide down menu comes up, but no search box! Any idea why this is so?

A: There will be no search box in that template.

Actually you are able to paste any html code within items.

For example:

Q: There is the possibility in the menu that an item has access control, that is is visible or not depending of the user?


A: You can use Javascript API and write your own code.

You can use

dm_ext_changeItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, iParams)
to disable your items or

dm_ext_changeItemVisibility (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, visibility)
to hide your items.


Q: I have problems with the incorrect copyright in IE7 – I have tried to change as described on your FAQ but it doesn¦t seem to work.


A: Scott, now you're using dmenu.js file v1.14 and data.js file of Deluxe Menu v2.0.
Please, replace dmenu.js file with the licensed one v2.0.

Please, place all this files in the folder where your menu iscreated in.
