  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I am facing problem with deluxe tab. When a first level jscript tab is selected, sub tab of that tab should be in selected mode.

I need to change text color of "New contact" (sub tab) in selected mode to black.

A: Unfortunately Deluxe Tabs doesn't have such a feature now.

You use main tabs to show sub-tabs and click on sub-tabs to show their content or openlinks.

On the initial page load you can set the selected item and submenu item using thefollowing parameters:

  var bselectedSmItem=2;

Q: Hi, I just downloaded a trial version of your software but I don't know how to use it. Do you have online tutorials to learn how to work with it?? Thank you.


A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now. We'll try tocreate it in the nearest time.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.

Deluxe Tuner v2.4 supports Deluxe Menu (http://deluxe-menu.com) &Deluxe Tree (http://deluxe-tree.com) & Deluxe Tabs (http://deluxe-tabs.com)

You can use ready to use templates. You can find them in the templateswindow.

When you open Deluxe Tuner ( Deluxe Menu ) you can click "File/New"and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

2. You should install the menu on your page.
You can click, for example, File/Export to HTML (you can't do it inthe MAC version).

Q: I am setting a menu up for popupMode=1 and adding the javascript to respond to the onContextMenu action. When it pops up I am having to immediately move the mouse over the menu to keep it visible. Is there any way to keep the menu from doing this?


A: You can try to play with these parameters:

  var smShowPause=200;
  var smHidePause=1000;


Q: I am looking for a way to use "position:fixed; in order to keep mydropdown menu javascript at the top of the screen when scrolling down.

A: You should use floating feature to keep your menu at the top of thescreen when scrolling down.
