Q: I'm trying to disable a javascript mouse over menu item using the MS Office style 2 template and having no luck. Can you please provide me a sample of the MS Office style 2 template that will disable an item on the menu by graying it out?

A: To disable menu item you should set "_" target for it.
If you want that your disabled items have a grey color (in css-basedmenu) you should create additional style for it and assign this stylefor the disabled items:

Q: I have one more question before I purchase a license: is there a way to use images instead of text as the javascript menu object items?

A: Yes, you can create image-based menu.

If item text is empty, icon fields will be used as item images.
For example:
["", "index.html", "itemImageNormal.gif", "itemImageOver.gif", "Home Page"]

Q: The submenu pop is appearing above the menu instead of the bottom again even though I have set the following parameter   var subMenuVAlign="bottom";

A: Use new engine files and set the following parameter:

  var subMenuVAlign="top";



Q: We have problems with the japanese down css menu being seen on many Japanese computers.  It comes up with squares.
Can you advise us how we can fix that program.

A: If you are using a Japanese system then everything should render correctly.
If you are using an English system with a Japanese IME then you willneed to set the font in the Tuner to one that supports the characters you require.
