Q: I have just purchased your menus and no matter where I place the code, the pull down menu in javascript always appears in the top left of the page, I need it elsewhere obviously but it simply won't move.. How do I do this?

A: You're using absolute position for the menu now. You should userelative position in that case. Change the following parameters:

  var absolutePos=0;
  var posX="0px";
  var posY="0px";

Q: Do you have a product that serves as a cascading drop down menu where you can override the width of the display?

A: You can use "smart scrolling" feature in this case for the Deluxe Menu.
To disable/enable the "smart scrolling" for the main items and submenus use the following javascript scrolling menu parameters:

  var smSmartScroll = 1;
  var topSmartScroll = 1; (works if   var menuWidth isn't empty)

You can also specify height and width for each separate submenu using the following menu parameters:

  var smWidth = "100px";
  var smHeight = "300px";

Q: We are having a bit of trouble with your menu, when you go down into a sub menu, and then back to the item that called it, the sub menu expands.

For example, if i have this menu structure

File
     New
     Save
     Exit

When i MouseOver New and then MouseOver File, the menu containing New, Save and Exit will grow. If i keep doing this then the menu will continue to expand horizontally.

I know its something we have done, since there doesn't seem to be a problem on your site, its just i don't know what it is


A: Rozi, we heard about such problems. I suppose that you see such effectin IE.

Please, try not to use shadow in the menu.
Please, set this parameter:
  var shadowLen=0;

We'll correct this bug soon.

Try also write all units in "px", for example:

  var itemPadding = "3px";
