Q: We are using Deluxe-menu to create dhtml menubar for our website. This website it will be in three languages, English, French and Spanish. In French version, when we insert "Hébergement" in text box and view it in preview is fine, but in actual webpage the accents not right. The following is screen shot of the menu on preview and webpage, please let me know how we can fix this problem.
A: You should set "Tools/Use UTF8 encode" and create your dhtml menubar.Q: Would it be possible at some point to introduce more font decoration options to the mouseover variables, I would like to add bold as a mouseover font decoration, but obviously this is not possible at the moment.
A: Unfortunately, Deluxe Menu doesn't have such a feature. You can onlyset it's color. You cannot set the font of menu item bold when selected.
You should addthe following code in your data file:

Q: We are wanting to make this collapsible menu Dynamic by reading from a Microsoft SQL Data base.What is the approach in accomplishing this?
A: You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

This example is not for Deluxe Tree menu, but you can create your menu in the same way.
Q: We are implementing your licensed drop down menu in dhtml on our new site and it does not appear to work in Firefox.
A: Now you have:
var transparency="";
it is not correct.
You should set, for example:
var transparency="100";
Try also to set:
var itemPadding="0px 15px 0px 15px";
