Q: I am still struggling with multiple menus on one page.
It is probably something I am doing wrong, but I cannot see it.
A: Now you have:
var absolutePos=1;
var posX="10";
var posY="10";
So, both of your menus have the same absolute position.
You can use relative position and place your menu inside <table>. In this case you should write so:
var absolutePos=0;
Q: I have found (was it like this before??) that if I right-mouse-click over a menuitem then I do not see any option to open the URL in new window....
I do not get any options at all to open the URL in new window (or same window), in the browser context menu (both IE and Firefox).
A: No, Deluxe Menu doesn't have such a feature. This is only text, not alink. And we won't change it. Because now you're able to paste anyhtml code within menu item.
var menuItems = [
["<div>Arbeidsplaner</div>","cp_workplan.php",,,,"_self","0","0"],
You can write your links in the following way:
["Channels","", , , , , , , , ],
["|<a class='menu' href='http://google.com/'>google</a>","", , , , "_self", , , , ],
["|<a class='menu' href='http://google.com'>Market</a>","", , , , "_", , , , ],
And create a style:
A.menu {
color: #000;
text-decoration: none;}
A.menu:hover {
color: #000;
text-decoration: underline;}
Q: When using website tab menu, where do I place the text content related to the selected tab,
(the text presented on the rest of the screen under the tab)?
And who do I connect a specfic text to a certain tab?
A: See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the contentDIV (see data file with your menu parameters).
You should set var tabMode=0;
["Style Name","contentName", "", "", "", "", "1", "", "", ],
["-","", "", "", "", "", "0", "", "", ],
["Style Description","contentDescription", "", "", "", "", "", "", "", ],
["-","", "", "", "", "", "0", "", "", ],
["Style Variations","contentVariations", "", "", "", "", "", "", "", ],
["-","", "", "", "", "", "0", "", "", ],
["Empty","", "", "", "", "", "2", "", "", ],
And on your html page you should create DIV's with such ID.
You canset background image for these DIV's in styles.
<div id="contentName" style="height: 0%; visibility: hidden; background-image:
url('img/back.jpg'); background-repeat:repeat-y;" class="tabPage">
<p align=center><img src="img/style01_title.gif" width=140 height=90 alt="Glass Style Tabs"></p>
You should paste your content here!!!!!
</div>
<div id="contentDescription" style="height: 0%; visibility: hidden;" class="tabPage">
<p align=center><img src="img/style01_title.gif" width=140 height=90 alt="Glass Style Tabs"></p>
You should paste your description here!!!!!
</div>
