A: You can use your own javascript functions in the menu items.

You should paste "javascript:some_function()" into item's link field, for example:

  var menuItems = [
["text", "javascript:your_function(...)", ...]
];


Q: Which parameters do I change so that the background of the top level menu names change their background?


A: If you want to change the background of the top level menu items onlyyou should use Individual Item Styles and change them.

For example, you have:

A: Unfortunately Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions now.

You can use the following function to open specific tab:
dtabs_itemClick(menuInd,itemInd);
where
menuInd - index of a tab menu on a page, >= 0.
itemInd - index of a item, >=0.

Q: I am trying to use Delux-menu for our project, I am not able to use dynamic features of drop down menu script. I will send the html file, where I am calling the java script.

I am getting the error dm_menu[mInd] has no properties.

A: You have one menu in your example, but you write:

function hide(vis) {
dm_ext_changeItemVisibility(1, 0, 2, vis);

That is mean that you want to hide item in the second drop down menu script.

You should write:

function hide(vis) {
dm_ext_changeItemVisibility(0, 0, 2, vis);
