Q: I recently purchased a license to use Deluxe Tree Menu.

The javascript array menu is looking great in IE6.0, but there are some very odd images that show up in Firefox. Please help me resolve this issue.

I believe I made modifications from the template of Vista Style 7, although I'm not certain of this. I've deleted unnecessary images from the folder, zipped it up, and have attached it to this email. You'll see the problem on the AboutUs, Services, and Gallery pages.

A: Please, check that you have blank.gif image in the correct place.

For AboutUs page:

Q: Please kindly help to this problem, in my pass few weeksI'm using my deluxe menu and I can type arabic text there, but now its seems that the software is not recognizing the arabic text, from my screenshot you can understand that it shows a different symbols although im typing arabic font.
Now I couldnt type arabic font and I have existing projects website and need to edit it again but I can't coz my software is not recognizing the arabic text.


A: Unfortunately, you can't use arabic characters in Deluxe Tuner application.
You should manually correct your code.
And after you create your menu you can open your data file (created inDeluxe Tuner) in any text editor (click F4 on this file) and add your text parameter, forexample:

Q: I have 2 questions about this script I would like to find out before purchasing:

1. Does it support 3rd and 4th level java script navigation menu?
2. How customizable is it style-wise, meaning, I have images I want used for the top level navigation, and background images for the rest. Any way I can achieve this?

A: 1) Yes, you can add as many levels in the java script navigation menu as you want.

2) Actually you can create any java script navigation menu with Deluxe Menu. You can use Individual Styles tocreate your menu. For example:

Q: I am really interested in this product but I am having difficulty adding content to the java menu bar tabs. I checked the FAQ section and followed the directions, but when I test it nothing happens and I get an error on page at the bottom.


A: See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the contentDIV (see data file with your menu parameters). You should set  var tabMode=0;
