Q: I'm facing a problem with "movable menue":

I'd like to use template "data-image-based-1.js" - everytime I try to change it into a movable one, the javascript menu system just blockes and that's it. where do I have to change a setting in order to be able to use this fantastic menue as a movable one?

A: You should set absolute position for the menu when you use movable orfloatable feature:

  var absolutePos=1;
  var posX="100px";
  var posY="100px";



Q: It works great in IE, but doesn't work in Firefox.


A: Please, try to specify units in "px".

For example:
  var itemPadding = "3px";
Try that.


Q: If you look at my page in IE 7, the position of the submenus is too far over to the left from drop down menu. It is fine in Firefox.
Do you have any suggestions on this??


A: Try to set exact width for the menu:

  var menuWidth="600px";


Q: ["item text", "javascript:your_code_here", ...]

This won't work the java script executes when the link is clicked it is not the link itself.
Below is what I normally use and how would I incorporate that?

A: I'm not sure I understand you.
You can use

NewWindow(this.href,'name','490','400','yes');

code in an item link:

["text", "javascript:NewWindow(url,'name','490','400','yes');"]

But if you don't want that, you can just insert <a> into an item text.
