A: If you want to insert <iframe> object inside a menu item you can do following things.

You can paste any html code into menu items, for example:

["item text <iframe src="link"></iframe>", link, ...]


Q: The menus I am trying to change, it seems as though the transparency is too light. Where in the java menu generator do you reduce some of the transparency? Thanks.

Q: Utilizing the drop down web menu under Internet Explorer 7, it gives me a popup of “To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restrictedthis webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for optons….

  Is there a way to bypass this popup and IE recognize it as a valid script?


A: Please, see security preferences: IE/Tool/Internet OptionsMake sure that Active content is enabled.

You should check your Security Settings.

There is no way to enable these settings automatically.


Q: I just noticed another problem: when I set dmObjectsCheck=1 and I click on a menu-item of the dropdown menu nothing happens! No matter whether the banner is flash or not. And no matter if the browser is IE or Firefox. As soon as I set dmObjectsCheck=0 the submenu works again.


A: You should set the following parameter

  var dmObjectsCheck=1;

You should also add dmenu_add.js file into the folder with yourdmenu.js file.
