Q: I was trying to figure something out myself but after a lot of hours I decided I will contact you.

I am working on a javascript collapsing menu and I am using the XP style one.

I don’t know why but the align of the text is not moving to the right side (because in Israel we write from right to left)

The sub-menu works great and all the text align to the right but from some reason the title is unmovable.

Please if you know any solution to that problem?

Q: I dowloaded the free trial of this product and I am trying to figure out how to put dhtml pulldown menu into a website that I have built with Homestead.com's Site Builder. I just CANNOT figure out what all I need to do to get it to work.

I am willing to pay for someone to install it or pay for the product but I need to make sure it will work on this site!

A: Unfortunately we don't work with HOMESTEAD.com page builder.

1. upload the folder with all menu files in the same folder with your html page.
2. open the page in your program
3. open html source code of the page
4. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see: http://deluxe-menu.com/installation-info.html

Q: Now I experiences a problem with the Danish letters in my java menu scripts! I have changed the letters in the scriptfile - but this does not work Have we a problem with Danish letters like: ø, å, æ?

A: Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".

Notice that you should have UTF8 charset on your page too:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html" charset="UTF-8">

You can also use another charset on your html page and open your data file in text editor, enter thissymbols and save data file in the way you save your html page.
Notice that you should turn off "Tools/Use utf8 encode" setting inorder to open your data file correctly in Deluxe Tuner.



Q: I tested your code and it works fine now. I don't need the Deluxe Tuner and only used the Java Script code. So please inform me about the expenses of using Java Script code and also related support needs.
