Q: I am getting stuck with trying to set a default tab in the div tab menu to be selected when a window opens...
What I've been trying to do is changing this line here :

  var bselectedItem=0;

At 0 (default) it has the first tab selected. Any other number and notabs are selected.
Is there a setting somewhere else that I am missing?A: You can set "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parameters based on your link before you call your data file.

For example, move "  var bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parameters from your data file to your code.

Q: My client wants their drop down navigation to lock into place when someone visits a page. Is there a way to do this?

A: I suppose that you're saying about submenus.

Try to set the pressed item using the following API function:
function dm_ext_setPressedItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, recursion, parentOpen)
Sets a current pressed item.
menuInd - index of a dynamic menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0.
itemInd - index of an item, >=0.
recursion = true/false - highlight parent items.
parentOpen = true/false - open all submenus to show the selected item

You can also try to use the following parameter:
  var smHidePause = 1000;
A delay (in ms) between mouse is moved from submenu and its closing.
You can make submenus to stay visible till you click outside the menu or scroll your page.
To enable this feature you should set this parameter in the following way:   var smHidePause = -1;

Q: Question: How do you enable or configure settings so that on default a specific "Tab" is always set to on or shown as the preload tab, I have a eStore page where I would like to insure that a specific Tab is always shown on default and all others are hidden on the first revealing of the page? Q: As a follow up, please could you take a look at the attached images and let us know if there are any settings within the javascript drop menu files set within the previous mail that would make the 1st sub menu indent a couple of pixels when the 2nd sub menu sits correctly.

A: This is space to document borders. We've set this space, so that yoursubmenus will not look like the part of browser window. If you wantyou can delete that space.

Open dmenu.js file in any text editor and find the following code:

space=15;

Change 15 to 0.
