Q: I have notices that using IE7 on a W2K3-R2 browsing your page I can't see the javascript collapsible menu, it happened in our development as well.

A: Your browser has JavaScript option disabled.
It means that no one JavaScript element can be run.
You should to enable JavaScript in IE:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom level... -> Scripting -> Active Scripting = Enable

Q: Is there a way to have multiple drop down menus on the same web page? What I mean by that is I have a banner with drop downs (horizontal on page) that I want to use possibly with an include statement and when you click on one of the links from the drop down it would take you to a page that is say a department for example. But on this "department page" it would have another list of drop down menues in a different location in a vertical list. This gets tricky with a second set of script running to define the banner and a second set of drop down menues running vertical in a different location.

A: You can use as many different drop down menus on your site or your page as you want.

Q: We have problems with the japanese down css menu being seen on many Japanese computers.  It comes up with squares.
Can you advise us how we can fix that program.

A: If you are using a Japanese system then everything should render correctly.
If you are using an English system with a Japanese IME then you willneed to set the font in the Tuner to one that supports the characters you require.



Q: After much coming and going I have finally got De Luxe menu to work with Firefox 2

But the menu system on the exact same htm page I have created does not show up in IE7.

Is this a known problem?
