A: Yes, try to use Deluxe Tree v2.4.
See in Deluxe tree you should specify correct tWorkPath parameter:

This parameter should point to the same folder with dtree.js file.When you use movable or floatable feature you should copy dtree_add.jsfile in the same folder with dtree.js file.

Q: I can't figure out how to change the names of each tab for the simple dhtml tabs!

A: You can set the name of each tab in the Deluxe Tuner.
Double click on the item name in the Items area.

Or set the name of the tab using   var bmenuItems:

Q: What I want to do is use your XP Tabs Template.
It appears fine in the Preview Pane but when I load it on my web page the sub-items are all listed on the same line as the tabs.

A: If you want to create subtabs in your menu you should use Tab Mode

and write your bmenuItems in the following way:
