Q: The menus I am trying to change, it seems as though thetransparency is too light.
Where in the drop down menu asp do you reduce some of the transparency?

var transparency="100";Q: I am attempting to use the deluxe menu with frames. After click a few links the popup part of the menu stops showing up. This especially happens if the content of the main frame requires scrolling. In this case the scroll bar just flickers when I put the mouse over the menu.

Please, notice also that Deluxe Menu can work within 1 frameset only.
It can't work within nested framesets. It is possible that you'll havesome errors.
The menu will work correctly in the cross-frame mode if you load pages into the sub frame from the same domain.If you load pages from another domain submenus won't be shown in the subframe - they will be shown in the frame with the top-menu.It's caused by a security policy of browsers - a script can't modify a content of pages from another domain.

I do have a question however. I know if I put a "+" in front of the title, the category will be expanded by default.

Is there a way to do that dynamically? Maybe have some code that would tell the sliding tree menu to expand on that particular page?
A: On your pages you should call the following function/functions to expand/highlight items, for example:

They would like the button to stay white when you navigate to a particular page, i.e. If you click on "Press", when you get to that page, the button stays white, while all the others react in the normal manner. Is this possible?? I have seen it on other sites and it seems like it should be possible. Please let me know. I believe it could be done by creating a separate menu for each page, but that seems like a lot of work. I am sure you have a solution.
A: The menu has only two states normal and mouseover.
Try to do the following things:
- delete var pressedItem=1; parameter from your data file
- set correct parameter on each page before you call data file, forexample:

You can also set a pressed item using Javascript API:
function dm_ext_setPressedItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, recursion)
Sets a current pressed item.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0.
itemInd - index of an item, >=0.
recursion = true/false - highlight parent items.
But notice, to use dm_ext_setPressedItem() you should know ID of selected item and subitem.
You can't get this ID after you reload your page. That is why you should write your own code on PHP.
