  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased.   Question: I would like my horizontal menu buttons all have a uniform width, for example, all 7 top level buttons 120 pixels wide. I am not finding this setting in the available parameters.

A: You should create Individual Style and assign it for all top items.

Q: I want to use this menu with ASP. Can the link items NOT open a new window?
For ASP the current window needs to be used with whatever value is in the link parameter.


A: JavaSript menu uses window.open or href-method depending on the target parameter.
If you set "" or "_self" target the menu uses href-method and if youset "_blank" or frame name the menu uses window.open and opens your link in a new window.

You should use the following parameter
  var titemTarget = "_self";
or
  var titemTarget = "";

Please, see also individual items targets, for example:

Change "_blank" to "" or to "_self".


Q: I was testing yout Deluxe Menu product and have a couple questions.

Is it possible to use the AXAJ-Like technology in popup mode?
