Q: Why don't any of the effects work in Firefox? I have built several different types of menus and they don't work the same in firefox as they do in IE. Is there a way to fix this? i.e. adding any html code or anything?


A: Yes, it is really so. Firefox supports only transparency of the menu.
Visual effects work in IE only. other browsers don't support them.

Q: For the attributes that can have top, left, right, bottom, i.e. border, padding, is there any way to specify just one of them in the javascript context menu? i.e. border-left: 2px. I tried 2px 0 0 0 but that doesn't seem to work.

A: You can set different border width , forexample:

  var itemBorderWidth="top right bottom left";



Q: I recently received a non-profit license for your product, and after I installed it and the 'trial version' label disappeared, two of my javascript menu frames started appearing "up", instead of "down" which is preferred.

The 'enrollment center' and the 'physician center' work fine. The 'volunteer center' and 'donor center' used to work correctly (down) before I updated to the non-profit license, but now they appear "up".

If you could please help me that would be great.
