A: To change the background color you should set the followingparameters:

  var menuBackColor="#FCEEB0";
  var itemBackColor=["#FCEEB0","#65BDDC"];


Q: I purchased your product yesterday and was quite impressed, but I am having a bit of a problem with my submenuitems.
In the general menu properties there is a "Global"   var titemHeight = 22;
My problem is that I would like my upper level of my drop down menu to have one itemheight and my submenuitems to have a smaller height. Is this possible?

A: In the XP Style

  var tXPStyle=1;
the item's height for the top items and submenus will be different.

If you want to use

  var tXPStyle=0;

you can set ite's height for the submenus:
  var titemHeight=16;

And for other items use the blank icon with the height you want to have for the upper level of your menu items.




Q: I just bought a developer version but I am having troubles using the javascript rollover menu which is shown right above an embedded flash movie. Although i followed the instructions on the website, i experience major problems using Opera 9.2.0 and Firefox 2.0.0.15.

A: Check that you've set opaque parameter to <object> and <embed> tags.

Q: My site requires me to regularly update the drop down menu by inserting a new item at the top of the list.


A: Add items using the following function:

function dm_ext_addItemPos (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams, Pos)

Adds the new item to a submenu.

menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0.

iParams = [array] - the array of item parameters.
This parameter has the same structure as an item in menuItems array.
You can assign parameters of another existent item of the menu
(for example, when you want to create a duplicate of the existent item) or create new ones.

Structure of iParams:
[item_text, link, icon_normal, icon_over, tip, target, individual_style_index, jsFilename]
Pos - the position in the menu where you want to add new item.
