Q: I'm trying to find a decent, simple, working example of a dynamically-generated DHTML Pop-up Window. Using the "Deluxe Tuner" to generate static files is unacceptable for our use. We must create pop-up menus on the fly.
I tried piecing together a working pop-up window application, but kept getting "Error! Skin Load!" and couldn't figure out what files or where to get them (or put them) for the Windows Vista Graphite skin.
A: Create a new project, choose the Windows Vista Graphite Style for it.
Save your project. Use in your html file this function to open a window for your link :

Q: I am not professional website developer … I’ve installed your trial software … but not able to add navigation menu tree in my website. Can you please guide me how I can add tree menus in left side bar of website?
A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial yet.
We'll try to create it in the nearest time.
1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu you like in Deluxe Tuner.
You can use ready to use templates. You can find them in the templateswindow.
When you open Deluxe Tuner ( Deluxe Tree ) you can click "File/New"and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

You can also use Individual Styles for items and subitems.
2. You should install the tree menu on your page.
You can click, for example, File/Export to HTML.
Add several rows into your html page.

You should also copy all engine files
dtree.js - menu engine file
dtree_add.js - additional module for floatable/movable menus
dtree_dyn.js - additional module with Javascript API to change the menu "on-the-fly"
dtree_ajax.js - additional module with the AJAX-like support
into "deluxe-tree.files/" folder. You should place this folder in thesame folder with your index.html page.

Q: Drop Down Menu could be the best solution for my website ... but Ihave one important question: I've seen, that it's possible to open the javascript change menu linked contents in the same or in a new window or in a frame ... but is it possible, too, to generate a new tab? To open a new window often is not possible, because most users have popup-blockers installed. And to open the contents in the same window drives the user away from the main page! Open a new tab seems to be less risky ... is there any solution to be used with Drop Down Menu? I tried to use "_tab" instead of "_self" or "_parent", but it did not work!
A: You should use _blank. If your browser supports tabs your link will beopened in a new tab (except IE, in IE it will be opened in a newwindow).Q: Is there a instruction manual on how to use all the features of javascript for dropdown menu? The "help" screen does not give detailed instructions of all the Parameters, Appearance, Individual Style features, Item Parameters, etc. etc.
