Q: We need Asian fonts to be displayed on the menu. Is there any way that we can really make it happen?

The constraint is we have to display the drop down in Cross Frame and Cross Domain environment.

A: You can use any font in your menu.
You should install the font on your computer.

You're able to use any characters for Deluxe Menu in the same way asyou use them for standard html page.
The only issue is that submenus can be shown in incorrect positionwhen you're using dir=rtl for your page.

Set this parameter to 1 if you're using right-to-left direction of html page <HTML dir=rtl>.Use also  var smViewType = 2;for right-to-left languages.


Q: In deluxe tuner, on a horizontal dropdown menu, how I make sure long menu items can wrap into 2 lines? Losing my mind trying to figure this out.

For example...

Instead of.. International Music X Home Decoration X Books..... I want to to do:

International X Home X Books

Music Decoration

A: You should set the following parameter:

  var noWrap=0;

Or use standard <br> tags inside item's text:

["International Music X Home<br>Decoration X Books","", "", "", "", "", "0", "0", "", "", "", ],

Try that.

Q: I am testing the menu under the 2nd URL however I am just receiving a blank page Why would the menu be totally blank ...not even incorrect key or trial version warnings. Does Deluxe menu need ASP installed on the server.


A: You should call dmWorkPath parameter before you call dmenu.js file.
Check also that this parameter point to the same directory withdmenu.js file. So, you should install the menu in the following way:

And really I do not understand this phrase:

- Item ID format has changed. It depends on the parent ID = [parent ID]i[item index].
Examples: for the first level dtree _0i0, dtree_0i1..., for the second level dtree_0i1i0,dtree_0i1i1, dtree_0i1i2...

Where do I fill in?

Do I have to rename my cascading menu titles?
