  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: My second “drop down” column of the milonic dhtml menu goes up instead of down like the rest..Can you tell me how to correct this?


A: Try to set the following parameter:

  var subMenuVAlign="bottom";

Q: I have noticed an issue with the menu. Dhtml pop up menu does not drop down over the frame if a pdf is being displayed. It does something weird to the browser like shortens the main frame and displays above the menu.

A: Notice that you should add your pdf inside IFRAME tag.

Try to set the following parameter to overlap .pdf files:

Q: Is there a javascript function I can call to switch from one tab to the next in the javascript jump menu?

A: You can use the following function:

dtabs_itemClick(menuInd,itemInd);

menuInd - index of the javascript jump menu on your page (>= 0)
itemInd - index of the item you want to open (>= 0)



Q: How do I create more space between the menu items?

I have tried adding to the Item Appearance, itemSpacing and itemPadding.


A: You can paste the separator.
