Q: The spacing between each item of the top horizontal dropdown menu is uneven but I don't know why.

If you highlight them all it becomes more obvious.

It is almost as if the space after a 2 word link is twice the space after a one word link or else the total space after each link is related to the number of letters in the link.

For example the space after 'Discounts' is greater than the space after 'Home' but the space after 'Envelope Printing' is even greater.

A: You can try to set the following horizontal dropdown menu parameters:

  var itemPadding="0px 10px 0px 10px";



Q: I have noticed an issue with the menu. Dhtml pop up menu does not drop down over the frame if a pdf is being displayed. It does something weird to the browser like shortens the main frame and displays above the menu.

A: Notice that you should add your pdf inside IFRAME tag.

Try to set the following parameter to overlap .pdf files:

  var useIFRAME=1;

Q: I need to have two cascading menus in oneself page, please give me instructions of as making it.

A: You should simply call different data files in the place where you want to have a menus(check that you use relative menu position).

Q: In the rollover menus, how can I have a heading link to and open another website's home page?

A: 1) You can show the popup window when you hover, click or mouseout on some elements on yourpage. For example you have:

So, in Deluxe Tuner you should enter 'open_popup' object ID in the onMouseOver,onClick or onMouseOut fields.

Actually you can assign id to any object on your page:
add id="open_popup" for <a>, <div>, <img> ... tags.

2) Or you can create only one data file and use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open the popups.

Use another winID (first parameter) than you have in your data file if you don't want to close 1-st popup window or use thesame winID=win if you want to close 1-st popup.

content - will be the path to the file you want to load in your popup (files/test.html)
skin - is the name of your skin (default in my example)
contentType - set this parameter to iframe.

I call the skin .js file with id='win'.
On the page you should open popup windows with the same id:
