Q: I need your help. I built a menu with your software, and I followed all your instructions on placing it on my web page, but it's not working. The drop down menu in javascript will not go into its table cell. I have a flash banner in the cell above it, and the menu seems to be behind that banner, but the menu is not even inside the table.

I also tried placing the drop down menu in javascript on another page where I do not have a flash banner, but it doesn't show up at all.

A: You've set absolute position for the drop down menu in javascript

You should set:

  var absolutePos=0;
  var posX="0px";
  var posY="0px";



Q: Can I create a pop up using javascript that fly's out after 10 seconds.

A: Create popup window and set openAfter=10 parameter to it.
You can find this parameter in 'Actions' section.

Q: Although our college standard is IE, a lot of our students use firefox. I tried the css drop menu in Firefox 2, and it works, but the nice transition effect isn't there. Will you make this work soon?

A: Transparency and other transitional effects are supported by IE 5.5+only. This is MS IE feature. Other browsers don't support them.



Q: Is there a way to keep global nav image highlighted (rollover image) if click on subnav link?


A: You should write your own code on PHP.
To use dm_ext_setPressedItem() you should know ID of selected item and subitem.
You can't get this ID after you reload your page.That is why you should write your own code on PHP.
