Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage/Yahoo SiteBuilder extension,BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in your program
2. open html source code of the page

There is a portion of my site that is set to produce frames and Iwas wondering if there is more information about setting links in a tree view structure to selected frame pages?

A: You can specify target parameter for each item individually.

Q: Will the Tabs Tuner allow you edit/specify the color schemes on the Glass style tabs?

A: No unfortunately you cannot change it's color.
This is the image basemenu.
So you should create new images with your own color and use them.
