  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! Q: Is there a way we can add javascript behaviors to the sliding dhtml menu actions?
For example, is there a way we can add an onClick function to a menu item
(eg,onClick="return MyFunction( )" ) so that we can catch and process key events?

A: Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick/onContextMenu event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:

You can use your own Javascript code instead standard links. For example:

Q: I am having two issues. 1. I am trying to create Deluxe-Tabs similar to the one here:
http://deluxe-tabs.com/file/templates/deluxe-tabs-style-4.html.
I do not see the feature for making the content in each of the event tabs. How is that done?

2. The second issue is that I am using a Deluxe-Menu on www.domain.com/default and when I navigate [ Activities > Football (ACTIVE LINK) ] for example, the link goes to the new page, but it does not keep the menu on the page. I am using master pages and the menu is on themain-master-page.

A: 1) You should paste your content in the <div> .. </div> tags.

You can use Object ID as well as Link in both modes. Use the following prefixes within item's link field:
"object:" - means that there is object id after it;
"link:" - means that there is a link after it.
"javascript:" - means that there is a javascript code after it, for example:javascript:alert(\'Hello!\')

So, you should write for example:

2) You have incorrect page structure.

Now you have several HEAD, BODY tags on your pages. It is not correct.

You should check your page structure.

Q: My tree menu has a white border around it. I want NO border. I have experimented with the Menu Appearance items in the "variables" section with no luck.

Lastly, I'm not sure where to put the link code. It's not clear in the documentation.

Q: Only in XP Styles for dhtml vertical menus I can set the "movable menu" on ?!
When I save to teste this feature doesn't work !!!

A: You can use movable feature in the  var tXPStyle=0;too.

But to use floatable or movable feature you should use absolute position forthe menu:
