Q: I am a software developer interested in using deluxe menu for my company’s website. One of the important features of our website is multiple language support, typically Chinese.
Does deluxe menu have support for Chinese or other Unicode characters?
A: You're able to use any characters for Deluxe Menu in the same way asyou use them for standard html page.
The only issue is that submenus can be shown in incorrect positionwhen you're using dir=rtl for your page.
Please, try a trial version.
Q: I wanted to ask a question about your software, we just purchased the multi license for Deluxe flash dropdown menu. We were trying in many ways to control the width between the words
We were trying to control the width between Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Oceania, Africa
We wanted to set the width as 16% to make them all equal with a 100% width flash dropdown menu but it did not work out for us. We tried to do it with creating an Individual style in the Item Style for all the top links. Can you please advise how are we supposed to achieve that?
A: Unfortunately it is not possible to set now:

To set the exact width for all flash dropdown menu items you should set width in 'px'.

Q: I regret having a problem with my setup, and hope you may be able to put me on the right track. After making a few alterations to my menu, and previewing in FrontPage,
I get a window with an error message "dmObjectsCheck is undefined".
A: This error means that you didn't add some engine file for themenu you need.
Please, try to add all engine files into the folder with your dmenu.jsfile.
You can also send me a copy of your html page (including .js files)and I will check it.

A: You're using absolute position for the menu now:

You should use the relative position:
var absolutePos=0;
