A: How to upgrade to v2.00

You can download the licensed engine .js files from the same link in your license message.Deluxe Menu v2.00 has new parameters and features.
To upgrade to v2.00 you should do the following.

   Step 1.
     1.1 For Windows users
      a. Run Deluxe Tuner v2.0
           (can be found in the trial menu package v2.0
           http://deluxe-menu.com/deluxe-menu.zip).
      b. Open menu data file (.js file where menu parameters are placed):
select File/OpenЕ
      c. Save the file: select File/Save, then click "No" button when the dialog box appears.

     1.2 For other OS users
      a. Open menu data file (.js file where menu parameters are placed) in a text editor.
      b. Make sure that the following variables exist in the data file:

        var keystrokes = 0;
        var dm_focus = 1;
        var dm_actKey = 113;

        var dynamic = 0;
        var smHideOnClick = 1;
        var itemAlignTop = 'left';
        var smSmartScroll = 1;

        var dmAJAX = 0;

   Step 3. Replace existent tags of the menu by the following code:

   Step 4. Save HTML-page.

   Step 5. New engine v2.00 has 7 .js files.
They are:

      - dmenu_popup.js (new v2.00)

Replace all old .js files by the files from v2.00.

Q: I have 2 questions about this script I would like to find out before purchasing:

1. Does it support 3rd and 4th level java script navigation menu?
2. How customizable is it style-wise, meaning, I have images I want used for the top level navigation, and background images for the rest. Any way I can achieve this?

A: 1) Yes, you can add as many levels in the java script navigation menu as you want.

2) Actually you can create any java script navigation menu with Deluxe Menu. You can use Individual Styles tocreate your menu. For example:

Q: Is there a way to expand only the menus and not the submenus in the collapse tree menu?

A: You can set expanded items by default.

If you want to expand specific items by default you should set "+"symbol at the beginning of item text.

Q: I am trying to make the tab menu to work correctly and after extensive testing and I have come across a problem that I can seem to get resolved. I am using images for the tab menu with no text and <divs> to display information about each javascript new menu tab. However while the page loads I can see all the content from all the <div> javascript new menu tabs and when the page if fully loaded, the web page then displays the content correctly with all the content hidden until the correct tab is selected. Mind you this is the only thing on the webpage so there shouldn’t be any load time problems.

Please advice what is happen to resolve this issue.

A: Try to set display: none; property for the style of your DIV, forexample:
