Q: Is it possible to have menu items act like regular hyperlinks?
For instance in Firefox I like to "middle click" hyperlinks to open them in a new tab, or in IE right click and open in new window.
However with Deluxe-Menu this does not seem to work.
A: If you want to open your links in the new window you should set the item target parameter to "_blank", for example:
var menuItems = [
["Home","testlink.html", , , , "_blank", , , , ],
...
You can include also any html code in the Item Text.
For example:
["<a href='http://deluxe-menu.com/'>Home</a>","", , , , , , , , ],
Q: Can I expand all tree category, or expand two tree category?
I like your javascript menu expand product.
A: You can expand all items in Deluxe Tree, set:
var texpanded=1;
To expand specific items you should add "+" sign before item's text:

Q: When running DeluxeMenu with IE or Firefox, the background (appearance and items) is transparent.
It is not smart because it affects the reading of the menu's.
My question is: how can I fix this problem for IE and Firefox ?
If you look at it with Opera (version 9.00) one does not have the problem.

Q: Which parameters do I change so that the background of the top level menu names change their background?
A: If you want to change the background of the top level menu items onlyyou should use Individual Item Styles and change them.
For example, you have:
