A: You forgot to copy dmenu_search.js file on your server.

See the attached example. Search works fine.

You can also specify styles for the search box:

Q: We are registered user of Deluxe-Menu. We find following query while usingDeluxe-Menu. We are not able to display correctly <Direction Générale> inFrench in down-navigation-menu.

A: You can save your data file in UTF-8 in Windows version of DeluxeTuner v3.3.

You should turn on "Tools/Use utf8 encode" property.
In that case your data file will be saved in UTF-8 encode.

Enter these symbols and save your data file.

If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off
"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manually
change your letters in any text editor.

You can also replace your letters with special sets, for example

&Eacute; - Capital E, acute accent
&ccedil; - Small c, cedilla

Q: I've browsed your product, and I'm trying to determine if there is an existing template that would support a vertical flyout menu, where the static menu is one button, but when clicked on, it lays out 5 additional buttons in a straight line horizontally to the right of the static button. Q: I can't make my menu work in at Dreaweaver template - why?!


A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage extension,BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in Dreamweaver/Frontpage
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see:
