Q: I'm trying to find a decent, simple, working example of a dynamically-generated DHTML Pop-up Window. Using the "Deluxe Tuner" to generate static files is unacceptable for our use. We must create pop-up menus on the fly.

I tried piecing together a working pop-up window application, but kept getting "Error! Skin Load!" and couldn't figure out what files or where to get them (or put them) for the Windows Vista Graphite skin.



A: Create a new project, choose the Windows Vista Graphite Style for it.
Save your project. Use in your html file this function to open a window for your link :

Q: Using the new version with unmodified menus results in a new frame menu indentation (the left border of the first javascript folding menu entries submenu in a frame menu setup is not aligned with its main menu entry (both in IE 6 and FF 1.5 / Linux)) - possibly we might need to arrange something?

A: I suppose that this is space to document borders. We've set this space, so that yoursubmenus will not look like the part of browser window. If you wantyou can delete that space.

Open dmenu.js file in any text editor and find the following code:

space=15;

Change 15 to 0.

space=0;

Try that.



Q: I should like that the active item were not stand out changing thebackground color to blue, but underlined, but I don't find as to do it.


A: Try to set the following parameter:  var ttoggleMode = 1;


Q: With menu tabs, I'm trying to dynamically set the bselectedItem parm, using php. If I set bselectedItem to anything other than 0, the submenu goes away and the main html tab javascript is not highlighted.
If I set to 0, everything works.


A: See, if you use Tab Mode
  var tabMode = 1;

  var bselectedItem = 0; //main items
  var bselectedSmItem = -1; //submenus

So you should set:
  var bselectedItem = 0; //main items (0;7;14;21;25)
  var bselectedSmItem = -1; //submenus (1;2;3;4;5....)
