Q: Obviously your menus are NOT cross browser usable, as you can e.g. Padding does not work in opera, while it works in IE.
When will there be an update on that bug?


A: Deluxe Menu works fine in all browsers.
Try to set exact width for the menu width and menu height, try also to specify unitsin "px":
  var menuWidth="500px";
  var menuHeight="20px";
  var smWidth="116px";
You should also check your padding parameter, you should write it so:
  var itemPadding="1px 1px 1px 12px";



Q: Why don't any of the effects work in Firefox? I have built several different types of menus and they don't work the same in firefox as they do in IE. Is there a way to fix this? i.e. adding any html code or anything?


A: Yes, it is really so. Firefox supports only transparency of the menu.
Visual effects work in IE only. other browsers don't support them.

Q: I am working on creating a new navigation menu with Tree menu.
I wonder how I can reduce the width of the menu?


A: You should set this parameter

  var tmenuWidth = "275px";

Try to set also the following parameters:

  var tlevelDX = 0;
  var tnoWrap=0;


Q: Is there a way to keep global nav image highlighted (rollover image) if click on subnav link?


A: You should write your own code on PHP.
To use dm_ext_setPressedItem() you should know ID of selected item and subitem.
You can't get this ID after you reload your page.That is why you should write your own code on PHP.
