Q: Hi, I purchased your deluxe-menu product and it's working great, the only problem I'm having is the tree menu in javascript is always fully expanded when a new customer enters the site. I've looked through your support blog but I can't find a reason for it.

A: Check that parameter:

  var texpanded = 0;

It expands all items by default.


Q: I am able to open the page but the 'x' which allows me to close the popup dhtml is missing.

A: Try to set this parameter:

closable:1,

Q: Now I experiences a problem with the Danish letters in the dhtml drop down menu generator! I have changed the letters in the scriptfile - but this does not work.

Have we a problem with Danish letters?

A: Notice that you should have UTF8 charset on your page too:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html" charset="UTF-8">

You can also use another charset on your html page and open your data file in text editor, enter thissymbols and save data file in the way you save your html page.

Notice that you should turn off "Tools/Use utf8 encode" setting inorder to open your data file correctly in Deluxe Tuner.



Q: Sometime the first tab in css tab menu stay selected etc..

A: You should check the following parameter

  var bselectedItem=1;
This parameter sets the selected tab.

You can set it
  var bselectedItem=-2;
