A: You should change Deluxe Tuner settings:

Try to turn off the encoding property "Tools/use utf8 encode" and open your datafile once again.



Q: How can make dhtml tabs to open internet link in the same window?


A: You should set the following paramter in your data.js file (file, created in Deluxe Tuner),
where your tab-menu parameters (vars) and items (  var bmenuItems) are placed.

  var bitemTarget = "_blank";

Default target for all items ("_self","_blank","_parent","_top",...).
If equal to "" - defined as "_self".

Or you can set target parameter in your data file using Deluxe Tuner:
"Tab mode" section in the menu parameters list.




Q: I've browsed your product, and I'm trying to determine if there is an existing template that would support a vertical flyout menu, where the static menu is one button, but when clicked on, it lays out 5 additional buttons in a straight line horizontally to the right of the static button. Is this feasible to create with your product with relative ease, and if so, what's the easiest way?

Q: I have found (was it like this before??) that if I right-mouse-click over a menuitem then I do not see any option to open the URL in new window....

I do not get any options at all to open the URL in new window (or same window), in the browser context menu (both IE and Firefox).


A: No, Deluxe Menu doesn't have such a feature. This is only text, not alink. And we won't change it. Because now you're able to paste anyhtml code within menu item.
