  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I am trying to install a search engine on my site and am having trouble due to my use of your tree-menu system, which I love by the way.  I really need to find a compatible script that will search your javascript menu system, or at the very least search another file with mirrored links.  I DO NOT want to add the links to each page, this is why I love your menu's, there is one central location to change navigation statewide.

Do you know if there is a search script that can do this( js, php) or is there a way to make your javascript tree menus accessible to the search engine?


A: You can generate search engine friendly code.
Deluxe Tree is a search engine friendly menu since v2.4.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.
You can find this GUI in the trial package.
Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).


Q: Does Delux Menu/Tree/bar Tabs work on a Mac? can't seem to get it to work... normally am PC person.

A: To create your menu on MAC you can use HTML version of Deluxe Tuner (for MAC OS). You can find it here:http://deluxe-menu.com/deluxe-tuner-info.html

Unfortunately we don't have html version of the Tuner for Deluxe Treeand Deluxe Tabs now. We'll try to create it in the nearest future.

A: You should use the following parameter:

  var smViewType=0;


Q: How can I have the option for the navbar tabs that initiated the action highlighted once the new page is reloaded?
I want to highlight the tab which is done with 'bselectedItem', please tell me about thesub-tab option.


A: See you cannot create subitems in:
  var tabMode=0;
it is not correct.

You should set
  var tabMode=1;

The following parameters set the pressed items for top items andsubitems:

  var bselectedItem=0; //top items
  var bselectedSmItem=2; //subitems

where 0,1,2... is the index of the item in bmenuItems.

- delete   var bselectedItem=1; and   var bselectedSmItem=2; parameters from your data file
- set correct parameters on each page before you call data file, forexample:
