Q: Cross-frame mode/ showByClick=1: I only want this to work on the main level javascript menu bar, not the submenus. Is there anyway to showbyclick only for the main level and then not for the submenus?
A: You can use Individual Item Styles to set showByClick parameter forthe top items only.

Q: I'm trying deluxe-menu, but when I'm making my own menu, I often get error messages.
It will not work. I get these messages when I use individual styles.It is a very nice program, but I think with a few bugs.

Q: How do I go about using the menu javascripts feature and javascript popup on the same HTML page? I'm getting a Java Error.
A: 1) Notice that you should call dmWorkPath parameter and dmenu.js file only once on yourhtml page.
2) When you have several menus on the same page they have different menuInd (0,1,2,3...)
For example you have:

...
<script type="text/javascript" src="popup-data.js"></script> //popup menu menuInd=1
You should call your popup in the following way:
<img src="mypic.gif" onClick="return dm_popup(1, 1000, event);">
or
<script type="text/javascript" src="popup-data.js"> </script> //popup menu menuInd=0
...
<script type="text/javascript" src="data.js"></script> //standard menu menuInd=1

Q: I have the dynamic dropdown menu working perfectly on the main page of the website, but when I try to install it onto html files that appear in subfolders of the site, the images do not appear. I have put ../ before all the links I can find and have the following codes placed in my file, what am I doing wrong?
A: You can use additional parameters to make dynamic dropdown menu paths absolute:
var pathPrefix_img = "http://domain.com/images/";
var pathPrefix_link = "http://domain.com/pages/";
These parameters allow to make images and links paths absolute.For example:
var pathPrefix_img = "http://domain.com/images/";
var pathPrefix_link = "http://domain.com/pages/";
var menuItems = [
["text", "index.html", "icon1.gif", "icon2.gif"],
];
So, link path will be look so:
http://domain.com/pages/index.html
Images paths will be look so:
http://domain.com/images/icon1.gif
http://domain.com/images/icon2.gif
Please, try to use these parameters.
