Q: I recently purchased Deluxe Menu and I am getting the attached error message every time my cursor passes over the toolbar at thetop of the main program window. Is there a fix?
A: I suppose that you're using Windows 2000.
We have some problems with Tuner on this OS.
Unfortunately we didn't fix the issue with Windows 2000 yet.
Try to delete all content from toolbar.html file.

Q: Does you tree menu javascript support right-to-left layout?
That is to say it opens the branches/submenus from the right to left.
A: Yes it is possible to create a menu for right-to-left languages with Deluxe Tree in the same way as in standard htmlcode.
Please, set <HTML dir="rtl">. You should set the following parameters:
var titemAlign="right";
var ticonAlign="right";
var texpandBtnAlign="right";
Deluxe Menu support right-to-left languages.
In Deluxe Menu you can set the following parameter:
var dmRTL = 1;
Set this parameter to 1 if you're using right-to-left direction of html page <HTML dir=rtl>.
Q: I tried the following for subitem and it worked but not working with the "Title item" (Group or header item), is there a way to process onclick for the title item? Thanks again.
You're able to use Javascript for each item, for example:
var tmenuitems = [
["item text", "javascript:your_code_here"]
];
A: Unfortunately, title items doesn't allow to use Javascript in the sameway.
But you can do the following:
var tmenuitems = [
["<div onclick='your_code_here'>title text</div>"]
];
Q: That worked for the rollover drop down menu but I lost my drop shadow on the main menu. The sub-menus still have it. The preview has the drop shadow but when I view it in IE it is not there.
A: You should check the following parameters:
