Q: We are showing the "incorrect copyright" on our menu for some reason and I need you to look at the code. It's been this way for about a month. My company is going to make me stop using your menu if I can't get the issue corrected so please help me determine why we are suddenly having this problem.
The notice shows up on IE 6, but not IE 7.
A: "Incorrect Copyright" means that the script can't find required copyright parameters.
To avoid this, please, change:

Q: We create the menu code via ASP, and we need to have 2 menus on one page. Normally you do this by having 2 java scripts includes.
However it looks like the bottom menu activates the first menu?
A: Now you have two entries of dmenu.js file on your site in the tag.
You must have only one entry of dmenu.js file.
You should write so:

Q: We use your deluxe menu app. We are trying to configure menu windows to a certain width. But when we configure it to a certain number of characters, the app cuts words. Is there any way to configure it, so that doesn't happens and puts that word in the lower line in the menu en javascript item?
A: Try to use the following parameter:
var noWrap=0;
You can also use standard <br> tags within menu en javascript item's text.

Q: The window pops up every time I load the screen.

A: You can specify the ID of the element you want to click on.
Actions sections in Deluxe Tuner, onClick parameter.
1) You can show the popup window when you hover, click or mouseout on some elements on yourpage. For example you have:

So, in Deluxe Tuner you should enter 'open_popup' object ID in the onMouseOver,
onClick or onMouseOut fields.
Actually you can assign id to any object on your page:
add id="open_popup" for <a>, <div>, <img> ... tags.
2) You can also use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open the popups.

function deluxePopupWindow.open("winID", "content", "header", "param", "skin", "contentType")
Use another winID (first parameter) than you have in your data file if you don't want to close 1-st popup window or use thesame winID=win if you want to close 1-st popup.
content - will be the path to the file you want to load in your popup (files/test.html)
skin - is the name of your skin (default in my example)
contentType - set this parameter to iframe.
If you want to open several windows at once use different id's for each link.
