  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I am trying out your program and it's really sweet. I have 1 little problem. I created the menu everything works in IE7. In firefox the menu is about 4 or 5 px longer. It seems like in firefox there is a border around each top level item although I have set all borders to 0 (I can see that because I have set roolover color of background to opposite of normal color)


A: Try to set exact width for the menu in "px".

For example:
  var menuWidth="600px";


Q: I can't find an instance of your java pop menu that can lay over top of a flash object without making the flash object disappear like your demo.

Does yours or doesn't it do the same thing and if so, where is there an example?

Q: I want to have the pop-up floating window display as you mouse over an image - is this possible?

A: For example you want to open a popup onMouseover, onClick oronMouseout on a link.

So, you should create a link on your page and set id="" for it, forexample:

<a href="javascript:;" id="over">Open popup OnMouseover</a>
<a href="javascript:;" id="out">Open popup OnMouseOut</a>

In Deluxe Tuner you should set:
onMouseOver - over
onMouseOut - out

So you'll have

Q: Ich habe ein Problem mit submenus.
