  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: We have been using you menus for a couple of months now. If I use the pathPrefix_link variable does it prefix dhtml menu's links that already have http or https (such as external sites) and will it interfere with the javascript onclicks for that we have setup?

A: No, path prefix won't be added to links with 'http://...' and 'javascript:...' in the beginning ofthe link field.

Q: The xml drop down menu gets at the back of the flash..Can you tell us the problem?

A: You can try to add the following parameters for flash objects:

<PARAM NAME=wmode VALUE=opaque> and WMODE="opaque" for <EMBED>

It allows to overlap a flash movie by other layers.

Q: We are trying to configure menu windows to a certain width.
But when we configure it menu script a certain number of characters,
the app cutswords. Is there any way to configure it, so that doesn't happens
and puts that word in the lower line?

Q: I cannot see the shadow on the top items of the menu. Can you help me?


A: Now you have shadow the submenus only, if you want to have shadowfor the top items you should set the following parameters:
