  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! Q: Drop Down Menu could be the best solution for my website ... but Ihave one important question: I've seen, that it's possible to open the javascript change menu linked contents in the same or in a new window or in a frame ... but is it possible, too, to generate a new tab? To open a new window often is not possible, because most users have popup-blockers installed. And to open the contents in the same window drives the user away from the main page! Open a new tab seems to be less risky ... is there any solution to be used with Drop Down Menu? I tried to use "_tab" instead of "_self" or "_parent", but it did not work!

A: You should use _blank. If your browser supports tabs your link will beopened in a new tab (except IE, in IE it will be opened in a newwindow).

Q: Does your java menu software work with Dreamweaver MX 2004 on Mac OS X?


A: To create your menu on MAC you can use HTML version of Deluxe Tuner (for MAC OS). You can find it here:

Unfortunately we don't have html version of the Tuner for Deluxe Treeand Deluxe Tabs now. We'll try to create it in the nearest future.

Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage/GoLIveBuilder extension,
BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in your program
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see: http://deluxe-menu.com/installation-info.html

Q: Can I use my own images as the tabs in a dreamweaver navigation bar?

A: The Drop down menu items have the following structure:

Q: I am having some trouble placing the cascading drop down menu in frontpage.
Does your company have some kind of tech support for the frontpage material?


A: See, you should do the following things.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner.
2. Export the menu into html file "File/Export/To HTML".
3. Copy generated folder with all engine .js files and images("deluxe-menu.files/" by default) and data-deluxe-menu.js (by default)
into the same folder with you index.html page (created inFrontPage).4. Now you should add several rows of code into your index.html file.
You can do it in FrontPage (open HTML source of the page and edit it)
or in any text editor. Open your index.html page and edit it.
Notice that you'll have errors in the Preview. But you won't get errors if you open this page in the browser.5. Add the following code in the <head>tag:
