A: 1) Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Xoops extension,BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files.
To create and configure your menus use Deluxe Tuner application

2) You can assign link for each item. You can do it in "ItemParameter" window "Link" field.

A: You are able to paste any html code within items.
So you can paste a form too.

Q: How do I center the text in a top menu item in the dhtml menu, so that it is centered in the "box" that is clicked?

A: Try to set the following parameter ('Item Appearance' section in the main window of Deluxe Tuner):

Q: How do I make the top nav buttons exactly the same width for each button?

Total menu width is 743px and I have 6 buttons I want the width of each button to be fixed at 123px.

I set   var menuWidth="743" but it averages out the buttons based on the text.
