Q: I have seen a certain menu effect on a few websites and have so far been unable to reproduce it in simply HTML/CSS. Today I saw the effect on a website, looked at the source code and it appears they are using some of your code.

I have a fairly typical screen layout with a menu bar on the left hand 10% of the screen and the main screen content on the right 90%. Some of my screens get very long, so that when you scroll all the way down to the bottom, the menu is left way up off screen. I would like the menu block to move down so that it is always a certain number of pixels below the top of the viewed screen, not the absolute top of the page. Is this something your software does? If so, which one of your products?


A: You can create such menu with Deluxe Menu.
You should use floatable menu, so you can always see the menu.
But to use the floatable feature

A: You're able to use any characters for Deluxe Menu in the same way asyou use them for standard html page.
The only issue is that submenus can be shown in incorrect positionwhen you're using dir=rtl for your page.

Set this parameter to 1 if you're using right-to-left direction of html page <HTML dir=rtl>.

Q: If you look at my page in IE 7, the position of the submenus is too far over to the left from drop down menu. It is fine in Firefox.

A: Try to set exact width for the menu:

Q: I would like to create my own jpeg images and use them as the mouseover-items in the top level drop down menus. I am not talking about the backround. I mean the actual upfront button.
I seem to be locked into the size which is the default and would like to change it to width = 180px and height = 45px for each item in the menu.
Is there any way to do that?


A: You should create Individual Style and assign it for all top items.
