Q: Do you plan to implement a fix in the cross browser drop down menu for the pointer - many of our users have complained that it is very un-intuitive - surely it must be possible to change the pointer to a hand if there is a link. I have tried putting <a> tags in to the menu labels, but it only changes to a hand if the actual label text is highlighted - it obviously should change whichever part of the box is highlighted? Is there no other workaround?
A: If you set the following parameter:
var itemCursor="pointer";
You'll have the mousepointer being a hand for all itemsin the menu.
Unfortunately, you can't change cursor type for different items.
But you can write so:
["<a href='http://deluxe-menu.com/'>Home</a>","", , , , , , , , ],
["Product Info","", , , , , "0", , , ],
["|What's New","", , , , , "0", , , ],
In all items with links you should use <a> tag.
Set this parameter:
var itemCursor="default";
Q: We'd like to underline dhtml pop up menu items on hover but we can't do it with those spaces.
A: To set align for the one dhtml pop up menu item only you can use the following method:
instead of
["email a temp expert ","email.html", "", "", "", "", "15", "", "", "", "", ],
you can write:
["<div align=left>email a temp expert</div>","email.html", "", "", "", "", "15", "", "", "", "", ],
and set fontDecoration=none,underline style for this item:
["itemWidth=248px","itemHeight=41px","itemBackImage=dd-data.files/emailatemp.JPG,dd-data.files/emailatemp.JPG","fontStyle='bold 11px Arial',''","fontColor=#005D8C,#002030","fontDecoration=none,underline"],
Q: The only problem I still have is with Netscape and Firefox users...the down javascript menuis not centered on their pages...what can I do to remedy this??

A: Try to set exact width in "px":
var menuWidth="500px";
Q: Is it possible to place the icons on the right side of the menu items for the navigation bar script?
A: Unfortunately there is no such option. But you can use html code inside item's text, forexample:
