Q: No matter where I paste the script in the html for the drop down menu I created, it shows up at the top left corner of the page.

I would like it to go below the blue banner at the top of the page.
Please advise as to what I am doing wrong.


A: Now you're using absolute position for the menu:

  var absolutePos=1;
  var posX="10px";
  var posY="10px";

Try to use relative position

  var absolutePos=0;
  var posX="10px";
  var posY="10px";


Q: That worked for the rollover drop down menu but I lost my drop shadow on the main menu. The sub-menus still have it. The preview has the drop shadow but when I view it in IE it is not there.

A: You should check the following parameters:

  var shadowLen=3;
  var shadowColor="#B1B1B1";
  var shadowTop=1;



Q: I can see that you can have multi menus on the same page can you have multi tabs?  I did create two different tab menus and when I put them on the same page they display correctly but you cannot navigate to the required web pages.

A: You can use as many tabs on the one page as you want.

But notice that you should call dtabs.js file on each page only once.
There is no need to call it several times on the one page.

Q: I need to know how to have the background in the main menutransparent, and then the sub-menu/s a different translucent color.
Or, the background for the main menu one color, and the sub-menu/s a different color..

A: To set transparent background for the menu you should set:
