A: You're using CSS for your web pages.
You have set the font-color for the <TD> tag in an css style sheet file to #ed9c33.

Notice you should use CSS-based menu (CSS mode) if you're using CSSfor your TD tags (and for other objects).


Q: I have just purchased your menus and no matter where I place the code, the pull down menu in javascript always appears in the top left of the page, I need it elsewhere obviously but it simply won't move.. How do I do this?

A: You're using absolute position for the menu now. You should userelative position in that case. Change the following parameters:

Q: Is there a way to programmatically specify which tab is selected in the drop down menu using javascript?

What I mean is, I want to set the selected tab programmatically (Not clicking the tab).

A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.

If your site is written on PHP you can set "bselectedItem" and "varbselectedSmItem" parameters based on your link beforeyou call your data file.

For example, move "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

You should define seltabs and selsmtabs using server side script.

You can also set it on every page before you call data.js file, forexample:

Q: Now, one more little question -

in a Tree menu, I know how to make a menu expand by default and expand only on a mouse click.

However, I believe there is a way to make a menu item expand on a "mouse over" without a click.

How can this be done?


A: No, unfortunately it is not possible to expand the tree menu onmouseover now. It is possible that we'll add this feature in the nextversion.
