Q: What I mean is I still want the destination page to be static inthe   var menuitems but when the javascript side menu item is clicked, it'll run a js on the onclick or mouseup event.

Is this possible?

A: You can achieve this by using standard html objects within javascript side menu items, for example:

Actually you can use any html code within menuItems.



Q: The menu maps to the width size of the longest menu item on the list, can you tell me how I can restrict this, and have a fixed menu size.

A: Unfortunately it is really so.
You can try to wrap your text.

You should set the following parameter:

  var noWrap = 0;

or use <br> tags within menuItems.



Q: When the menus drop down the background is white but it is see through, this is ok on the homepage but on the other pages it is making the text unreadable. Is there a way of keeping the background of the submenus solid so it isn't see through javascript expanding menu?
