  • You can set the size of the menu in pixels, percent or other units. The menu may have an absolute or relative position (it can be inserted into the table).
  • Use any necessary font of any color, size and font decoration. Create any available type, thickness and color of a menu's frame.Choose any color for backgrounds of submenus and items.
  • Specify various values for padding and spacing for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.

Q: Can all the java script be contained with in the html and not use an external .js file?

A: Of course, you can place all Javascript data from .js file within yourhtml page code!

Q: We are experimenting with your library but can't seem to make it work. I am getting "d_ddm is undefined" in dmenu_popup.js menu script.

Could you tell me what we are doing wrong?

A: You should change

onClick="return dm_popup(1, 500, event);

to

onClick="return dm_popup(0, 500, event);

If you have only one menu on the page your menuInd = 0;

Q: I am looking to get the Floating to work for the flash drop down menu.



A: To enable floating feature you should set the following parameters:

  var absolutePos=1;

  var floatable=1;

Check also that you have dmenu_add.js file in the same folder withdmenu.js file.
