You can use

NewWindow(this.href,'name','490','400','yes');

code in an item link:

["text", "javascript:NewWindow(url,'name','490','400','yes');"]

But if you don't want that, you can just insert <a> into an item text.

And assign it for all items:

But notice that items width cannot be smaller than the width of its'text.
So it is possible that you'll have different size of some itemsif your window have a small size.
