Q: I am conisdering purchasing your menu generator product, however I have a question that is very important to me.

How can I add a separator to the dhtml menu examples using the dynamic functions? It seems as though the only way to get a separator into the menu is by defining it before hand, but the website I'm building will require me to reload the menus dinamically, and I'm losing the ability to put separators on it.

If there's a workaround for it, or if there's a chance that you can give me a prototype function that exposes that functionality, that would be acceptable as well.

A: You should add items using the following function:

function dm_ext_addItem (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams)
or
function dm_ext_addItemPos (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams, Pos)

Q: Can I change some of the properties of a browser popup window after it has been created/opened?

A: You can use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open your popup:

A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now. We'll try tocreate it in the nearest time.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.

Deluxe Tuner v2.4 supports Deluxe Menu (http://deluxe-menu.com) &Deluxe Tree (http://deluxe-tree.com) & Deluxe Tabs (http://deluxe-tabs.com)

You can use ready to use templates. You can find them in the templateswindow.

When you open Deluxe Tuner ( Deluxe Menu ) you can click "File/New"and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

Q: I would like to know how to put items in on multiple lines for the horizontal navigation
(i.e. create a line feed), how do I tell my code to start a new menuitem on the NEXT line?

A: There are 2 ways to do that:

1) set

  var noWrap=0;

2) use <br> tags, for example:
