There can be multi level menus - create as many rows or columns of the menu as you want.
Use a mouse to drag a menu as a usual window. Also you can construct the menu where each submenu can be "detached" from the main menu (MSOfficeToolbarLike mode).
When the page is scrolled the menu remains visible. The DHTML menu can "float" along one or two coordinate axes.

Q: Things are mostly working great. I want my menu to appear centered at the top the page. Here's the code:

The table appears at the far left edge of the window. I tried with both absolute (x=20, y=10) and relative (both x and y unset) coordinates. Help!

A: If you want to center the menu paste itwithin the <div > or <table> with a static position and specify a center alignment for it, for example:
