Q: Can I create a pop up using javascript that fly's out after 10 seconds.

A: Create popup window and set openAfter=10 parameter to it.
You can find this parameter in 'Actions' section.

Q: When the page initially loads, the sizing of all the tabsappear the way I want them to.
The first time any of the tabs are clicked on in the dhtml tab menu, I get a little bit of white space and a faint vertical line just to the left of tab 1.

You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: I am unable to make content show for each tab in the dhtml tab navigation.
I can make it open a new webpage, but that isnt what I want.
What I want is when the visitor clicks a tab, then content for
that tab shows, on the same page, and the tab menu still there.

You can create only one level of tabs and assign Object Id's of the
DIV's to show when you click on the tab.
