  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! You can also specify height and width for each separate submenu.

A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage/Microsoft Expression Web extension,
BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files.
To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in your program
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags).

Q: How can I have two floating menu under each other using the float option so that do not collide with each other?

A: You can try to adjust the following parameters to the one menu:
  var floatableDX=15;
  var floatableDY=15;



Q: There is a default gap between two collapsible javascript menu buttons. Suppose the two menu are "Company profile" and "Service", there is a default gap between those tow , it is not taking the specified space( for example I am putting 2px gap but it is taking a default gap) Please suggest me the solution for the same.

A: You should use new parameter in the data file:

  var tXPMenuSpace=0;



Q: There is the possibility in the dhtml menu bars that an item has access control, that is is visible or not depending of the user?

A: You can use Javascript API and write your own code.

dm_ext_changeItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, iParams)
to disable your items or
dm_ext_changeItemVisibility (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, visibility)
