Q: I am in the process of building this site, but as you will see the menu text is showing on the top menue, but not the javascript hide menu itself.

A: You forgot to upload engine files on you server.
That is why you see search engine friendly code for the javascript hide menu only:

Notice that you should call dmenu.js file and dmWorkPath parameter on your html page only once.

Q: I need your help. I built a menu with your software, and I followed all your instructions on placing it on my web page, but it's not working. The drop down menu in javascript will not go into its table cell. I have a flash banner in the cell above it, and the menu seems to be behind that banner, but the menu is not even inside the table.

I also tried placing the drop down menu in javascript on another page where I do not have a flash banner, but it doesn't show up at all.

A: You've set absolute position for the drop down menu in javascript

You should set:

  var absolutePos=0;
  var posX="0px";
  var posY="0px";



Q: Do you have a menu that allows the sub-items to 'slide' out from the menu?
For example, you mouse-over the first button, and the sub menu slides from 'underneath' the button from left to right?


A: You should to use transitional effects.

Try to set
  var transition=6;
  var transOptions="";
  var transDuration=350;
  var transDuration2=200;

But notice that transitional effects are features of Internet Explorer5.5+ only.
