Q: I am having a problem trying to figure out how to generate a link to javascript popup window.
A: You can show the popup window when you hover, click or mouseout on some elements on yourpage.
For example you've added an image in your html page.
You should specify the ID for it, for example:
<p><img id="open_popup" border="0" src="images/submenu-bg.gif" width="170" height="29"></p>
In the Deluxe Tuner you should enter 'open_popup' object ID in the onMouseOver,onClick or onMouseOut fields.
Actually you can assign id to any object on your page manually. You should specify ID's - id="xxxx" for <a>, <div>, <img> ... tags.
Or you want to open a popup onMouseover, onClick or onMouseout on a link.
So, you should create a link (you can also use other object) on your page and set id="" for it, for example:
<a href="javascript:;" id="link">Open popup OnClick</a>
<a href="javascript:;" id="over">Open popup OnMouseover</a>
<a href="javascript:;" id="out">Open popup OnMouseOut</a>
In Deluxe Tuner you should set:
onMouseOver - over
onMouseOut - out
onClick - link
If you want to show the popup when your page loads you should leave these fields empty:
onMouseOver:"",
onMouseOut:"",
onClick:"",
Q: I am evaluating your menu product - very nice! However, I am relatively new to HTML, though a long time software developer, just not HTML!
My question - is it possible to have the menu be in a table cell and have the menu resize based on the cell width, if the cell width is specified in percent (%).
For example, if I have a table and I have a first column that is set at 15% of the width of the table, can I insert a menu in that cell and have it fill the cell?
A: Try to set 100% width for the menu.

Q: Could you also tell me where I should place the images I wish to use in the menu, eg arrows. When I select an image to use they are not appearing in the preview, or when I launch deluxe-menu.html?
A: Please, check images paths within data .js file.
For example, if you have data.js file here:
c:/website/data.js
and your images are stored here:
c:/website/images/
you should set image name so (for example):
var arrowImageMain = ["images/arrow1.gif", "images/arrow2.gif"];
If you use Tuner, you should save data .js file before you'll selectimages. When you save .js file it means that you set a root directoryfor the project, so Tuner can make all selected images with relativepaths.
