Q: Hi, I purchased your deluxe-menu product and it's working great, the only problem I'm having is the tree menu in javascript is always fully expanded when a new customer enters the site. I've looked through your support blog but I can't find a reason for it.

A: Check that parameter:

  var texpanded = 0;

It expands all items by default.


Q: How can you set an item in a dhtml dropdown to just have a text and not a link

A: Don't add link in the item's link field:

A: To create vertical menu you should set the following parameter:

  var isHorizontal=0;

Q: In Delux Tuner I can not find the multi-level or multi-column, it isn't there. Please advise ASAP.
