Q: We recently implemented your deluxe-menu on our site and are experiencing a few issues...

The java menu (slide-out portion) overlaps flash files on certain pages. In explorer, it seems to work fine, but in Safari, the java menu is hidden under the flash file. Is there anything you can think of that would be causing this... or anyway you know to fix it?


A: You should set the following parameter:

  var dmObjectsCheck=0;

Please, add also dmenu_add.js file on your server.

I've checked your website.

The installation of the menu on your page is incorrect.

You have two entries of dmenu.js file on your site in the <head> tag.
You must have only one entry of dmenu.js file.
Please, delete the same code.
You should write so:

Q: I try to use the javascript menu popups to show an image; then when the mouse is over the image I dynamically generate a panel of http links. It works perfectly, but the problem is that I would like to do the same with several images (for instance 2) and different links : I'm not able to do that, whether I change the value of menuItems   var or not, I display the same link values on both images (it seems menuItems is a global   var and can be set only once).

Have you heard about this problem and could you give me a solution (this is a bit urgent, I have sold this solution to my customers) ?

A: See how you should call dm_popup() functions:

Q: I can't figure out how to change the names of each tab for the simple dhtml tabs!

A: You can set the name of each tab in the Deluxe Tuner.
Double click on the item name in the Items area.

Or set the name of the tab using   var bmenuItems:

Q: But what mean the message "Incorrect Copyright" that you see on the javascript menu ie TABS on our website? Because we did the solution that you described in the original message that I copy you below. In some computers appears this messages in other not.
