you have this example, but I want the possibility to call a javascript function in the client side :

A: You're able to use Javascript for each item, for example:

  var menuitems = [
["item text", "javascript:your_code_here"]
];

Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:

  var menuitems = [
["<div onClick='your_code_here'>item text</div>", "index.html"]
];

Unfortunately we don't have such example.


Q: Where I, that the Submenue of my javascript menu vertical doesn't vanish so quickly, can put in. I want to fade it somewhat later.

A: Try to use the following parameter:  var transDuration = 500;



Q: Is it possible to expand thetree menu javascript in a predefined way?
Lets say, Item 1 expanded, Item 2 not expanded, anyway, it should look like I select it in the ITEMS program window.

A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Q: Well I figured all of that out but now I have a new problem.The content of the textarea tabs is not displaying in IE.

A: See, it is not correctly to use submenus in tabMode=0.
