Q: Typically in order to generate a menu with multiple layers I’d put a pipe character in front of the menu text..  For example:

How can I generate multiple levels of the menu with javascript?

Try to write it in the following way:

Q: I'm having a problem with the new v3.9.2 javascript menu source. The drop-down submenus are now going "up" instead of "down".

I've tried the conversion steps in your email and I have even rebuilt the menu from scratch in v3.9.2. In the Deluxe Menu Preview window, the drop-down sub-menus behave properly - transitioning down below the horizontal menu. But it FireFox3, IE7 and Chrome the submenus appear above the horizontal menu.

Also... the transition effect (24 - Alpha Blend) only appears in IE7 - it is not evident in FireFox3 or in Chrome.

A: Set the following parameter:

Q: We are experimenting with your library but can't seem to make it work. I am getting "d_ddm is undefined" in dmenu_popup.js menu script.

Could you tell me what we are doing wrong?

onClick="return dm_popup(1, 500, event);

to

onClick="return dm_popup(0, 500, event);

If you have only one menu on the page your menuInd = 0;

Q: I can not figure out how to get drop-down menus to show up in the Add-Ins on my Microsoft Front Page.

A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Microsoft Front Page extension,
BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menu
into your html page:

1. open the page in Dreamweaver/Frontpage
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags).

Notice also that some web editors won't display correctly javascript menus,
