Q: I have a problem with the Menus I bought. When there is a flash file on the page the submenu javascript always goes behind the flash.
How do I fix this?

A: To overlap your flash file you should add opaque parametersto your flash, for example:

Q: And when purchase online can I download the java script for drop down menu immedielty after purchase? Or how do I get the product?


A: We don't send the product on CD/DVD. After the ordering is completeand ShareIt (Regsoft) has it verified (which can take approximately 24 hours), you'll get your license info.


Q: Though, once I click on a link, the page will load properlyin the correct frame, but the next time I hover over that dhtml menu link again, I get a Permission Denied error.

A: It is possible that your links are incorrect.

If you open links situated in the different folders on your serveryou'll get error.

You can try to use absolute paths for your dhtml menu links:

  var pathPrefix_link="http://domain.com/";

You can also send us a copy of your html page (including .js files) ora direct link to your website, so we can check it.



Q: Do you have any tutorials on how to use dropdown menu maker?

A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial yet.
We'll try to create it in the nearest time.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner.

When you open Deluxe Tuner you can click "File/New"
and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" on
the main window.

You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"
window.

2. You should install the menu on your page.
You can click, for example, File/Export to HTML.

So, you'll have folder with all engine files and images
("deluxe-menu.files/" folder by default), deluxe-menu.html file and
data-deluxe-menu.js file with all menu parameters.

Open deluxe-menu.html file in any text editor and copy several rows of
code into your page (for example index.html page of your website).

Copy and paste several rows into your html page (index.html).
