Q: I am using deluxe menus and have a problem with images not downloading when the page loads. Is there a way to instruct the menus to preload the images instead of waiting until a person mouse overs the basic drop down menu for the first time?
I am using images that are called via stylesheet.

I've been working with the trial version, but I haven't been able to put HTML code within the javascript pop menu Item, in order to do actions like opening a new URL, or opening a file or page with .htm extension.
A: Actually you are able to paste any html code within items.

Q: I am using your Ajax menu and am generally delighted with it. Its ability to load sub menus on the fly is just what I have been looking for.
However, I have noticed in IE7 that it can leave sub menus displayed when you have moused off that particular ajax drop down menu. Can this be fixed?
Also, can you get the menu to disappear when you mouse off the menu, rather than having to hover over another menu or click the page off the menu.
A: See, now you've set the following parameter:
var smHidePause=-1;
It means that your submenus won't be hidden till you click or scroll your page.
If you want to hide your submenus on mouse out you should set another value, for example:
var smHidePause=1000;
or
var smHidePause=500;Q: I'm trying to disable a javascript mouse over menu item using the MS Office style 2 template and having no luck. Can you please provide me a sample of the MS Office style 2 template that will disable an item on the menu by graying it out?
A: To disable menu item you should set "_" target for it.
If you want that your disabled items have a grey color (in css-basedmenu) you should create additional style for it and assign this stylefor the disabled items:
