Q: How do I disable the menu link for the page that is currently being displayed? I don’t the menu item removed, I just want the link to be inactive and possibly a different color.
A: To disable items you should set the target parameter to "_".
Unfortunately, Deluxe Menu doesn't have such a feature.
You should write your own code, for example, on PHP.
You can try to use the following function
function disable() {
dm_ext_changeItem(1, 1, 1, ["", "", "", "", "", "_"]);
}
to disable your items.

Q: I have tried various different ways, but I cannot get a separator image I have specified in the Separators section of javascript menu builder to display. I have verified that the image exists, but still nothing. The rest of the menu works perfectly. Any help will be appreciated.
A: To add a separator you should

You can create separators using menuItems (you can do it in DeluxeTuner, use "Add separator" button), for example:

What I mean by that is I have a banner with drop downs (horizontal on page) that I want to use possibly with an include statement and when you click on one of the links from the drop down it would take you to a page that is say a department for example. But on this "department page" it would have another list of drop down menues in a different location in a vertical list. This gets tricky with a second set of script running to define the banner and a second set of drop down menues running vertical in a different location.
A: You can use as many different drop down menus on your site or your page as you want.

Q: I am attempting to install a menu I've created into FrontPage2003.
I read what the web site says but it didn't seem to work. Any other suggestions?
A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage extension,BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menuinto your html page:
1. open the page in your program
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see: http://deluxe-menu.com/installation-info.html
